We are a manufacturing business producing a large range of generic Aftermarket chlorinator cells and spare parts.
All new cells come complete with ‘O’ rings, cap & lead, when applicable & have been made as user friendly as possible.
We advise that PH Levels be between 7.2 & 7.6 and that salt levels be 6,000 p.p.m.
Repairs carried out on chlorinators generally have a 24hr – 48hr turn around period.

The following are our conditions of sales & repairs:

Recommended Retail Price throughout this price list is only a guideline & it is entirely up to the salesperson to use their discretion as to what retail price is charged.
Pricing for any original cells or spare parts is subject to change without notice.
Domestic cells come with a FULL Two (2) year warranty.
Commercial cells come with a FULL One (1) year warranty
Warranty is voided if the cell is not cared for properly, eg: cleaned when necessary & no hard abrasives used, connected in reverse (if in doubt please ask, we are only a phone call away.
WARRANTY – FROM DATE OF INSTALLATION.
K-Chlor Chlorinators carry a FULL Two (2) year warranty on both the power pack & cell, in a domestic situation. FULL One (1) year in a commercial situation.
This warranty only applies if the unit is installed & looked after properly, eg. It is strongly advised that the units be installed in a weatherproof environment. If damage is caused by water damage, warranty will be voided.
If the unit has been hard wired (T33) it is the customers responsibility
to pay either their electrician or our electrician for the disconnection & re installation costs. All freight costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
FREIGHT CHARGES: Freight applies to all Aftermarket cells & new chlorinators. Charges apply of all repairs, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A minimum charge will apply if a repair job is quoted on & the job is not completed.
ORDERING: Ordering of cells and chlorinators may be done over the phone. Order Numbers or Customer Names are essential. Alternatively, orders may be faxed or e-mailed to us, especially during the summer when the phone lines are so busy.
